Ilocos Sur is a lovely province located in the northern area of Luzon. It is a region wealthy in culture that addresses the ancient Spanish and Filipino heritage. To show and impart their fortunes to the entire world, local people imagined a celebration that features these cultural traditions and they considered it the "Kannadiwan Celebration".                   Keeping traditions alive is great and it is a reminder to future generations of the people that have come before them. keeping traditions alive proves to be difficult.
